Breaking and Pre-Training

Operated by husband and wife team, Peter and Michelle Lang-McMahon, Kolora Stud is conveniently located midway between Brisbane and Southport. Having both achieved great success in the Showjumping arena, including representing Australia at international level, Kolora Stud is now offering their expert breaking and pre-training services to the racing industry.

Utilising their first-class equestrian facilities, Peter and Michelle provide a “hands-on” approach, specialising in hill work and dressage training, on both grass and sand surfaces.

With their expert knowledge and the depth of their experience, Peter and Michelle provide elite breaking, pre-training and spelling services. With a limit of 20 yearlings at a time, Peter and Michelle can ensure a professional and “hands-on” breaking service.

Kolora Stud is the ultimate location for pre-training; with an 800m grass track and undulating hills stimulating the horse’s muscle and mind, they will return to the race track fresh and fit.
